I would definitely go with a MAC. I have been an avid PC user for a very long time but made the switch to a MAC last August. They say once you use a MAC you'll never go back, and they are sooo right.

fill the tub with half-way with warm water and oxyclean if you ahve it or can get it, or mr clean with a touch of bleach (if they are white or plastic). pull them so they are wide open. dip them into the water and open them. let tehm soak for an hour or so them get a soft brush and wash three or so at a time.
the way to get them really clean is when drying them with a regular bath towel.
good luck!

I prefer roll up blinds over mini blinds. You can't dust them, wiping with wet cloth makes a mess. The only real way to clean them is take them down and put them in the tub. Pain in the back side. Roll ups always seem clean to me, but I can dust them or wipe them with damp cloth when they're unrolled, they aren't fabric. Fabric...no clue. Sorry and good luck.

I also think that after a certain age, you are kind of "stuck". But I think it also depends of one´s morphology.
Anyway the most important is to feel fine in its head, right?

I recently spent £2500 on my garden, having it landscaped, a pond fitted and a new upvc conservatory, best money I ever spent!

The cheap filters only remove the visible larger particles from the solution. For better and complete filtering we should spend some more money.

You know what worked for me? Listing my services as a writer, a handyman, and a dog walker, on Craigslist. I don't mind doing any of these things and I just thought I'd take a shotgun approach and see what works. It turns out that people contact me for all 3 activities, especially handyman. I don't know if I can quit my day job yet, but it has been a nice income supplement.

I wanted to say that I always recommend air purifiers with HEPA filters. Today there are many advertisements on TV and radio for the filterless ionic air purifiers. While they will work a little, they don't do near enough.

Be sure to always make sure your air purifier has a HEPA filter. HEPA filters remove 99.97% of particle 0.3 microns and larger from the air that passes through them. This will remove most common allergens from the air.

You also have to remember that the filter can only work on air that goes through it. So you purifier needs a good fan. If you get an air purifier with a good fan and a true HEPA filter, you will see a decrease in your allergy symptoms.
